LAHORE – P&T Gymkhana downed Stags CC by 52 runs to enter the final of first SPM Club Cricket tournament. They gave no room to their rivals in the first semi-final at Ali Garh ground, after racing to 292 in 25 overs.
Syed Azhar Zaidi, former Pakistan cricket team manager and head of P&T Gymkhana said, “We played a solid game and we gradually looked more comfortable as the game unfolded. Our collective efforts deserve high marks. We have a number of players who can perform at a similar level to each other. This squad is rich in quality. Khaqan proved why he is an important player for the team.”
The chief guest Fahim Malik presented man of the match award to Khaqan Arsal for his brilliant batting performance.
