The Supreme Court of Pakistan is against the re-employment of retired officials of bureaucracy. The Supreme Court, after objections from certain quarters, didn’t extend the ad hoc appointment of veteran Justice Khaleel Ramday. I hereby seek only one reply from the honourable superior court that why not these laws or procedures apply on Pakistan Army as General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani, Chief of Army Staff, and Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha, DG ISI, are enjoying extensions? Or is it still the law of the jungle?
