The coalition of government in Punjab has ended and the PPP ministers have been asked to leave. They have been ousted by the Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif after a party meeting directive to that effect. The PML(N) defends its so-called good governance in Punjab and criticises the federal government for its incompetence.
Let us see how they will control their own corruption in Punjab. It is easy to blame others while sitting on high pedestal. They apply different standards to their own conduct. Massive corruption has taken place in Sasti Roti Scheme while it was abandoned in fiasco. Governor Salmaan Taseer, now deceased, pointed out their corruption in the scheme.
Political parties must engage in dialogue to discuss national policy matters. Cooperation and understanding should continue between them. We must move towards the solution of national issues to alleviate the economic burden of the common people. Economic prosperity plays a vital role in the lives of the people. Forget the petty differences and work for the greater happiness of the people.
