KARACHI – A constitutional petition was filed in the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday, seeking the restoration of the Jaffar Tayyar Cooperative Society, which was declared dissolved by the government. It also pleaded to conduct a probe over the occupation of lands by cooperatives societies.
