LAHORE – A delegation from the Turkish Universities of Northern Cyprus comprising Dr Tayseer Al-Shanableh, Director International Affairs of Near East University, and Memet Yalcin, General Secretary of European University of Lefke, arrived Thursday visited the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. They met Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad, Rector UMT, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for building institutional partnership. Dr Hasan said the visit would open windows of cooperation. Dr Tayseer Al-Shanableh said that it was a good opportunity to work with Pakistani educationists. Memet Yalcin said that the two sides were bound by mutually shared customs and traditions.
