QUETTA – Two children were injured in a toy bomb explosion in Quetta’s suburbs on Monday. According to police, Attaur Rehman was playing with his sister Bilqees, 6, near his house located at Kirani Road when they found a hard object and started playing with it. Resultantly, the object exploded and seriously injured both the children who were later shifted to a hospital. Police spotted an improvised explosive device (IED) attached with an electric pylon at Kirani Road and called the bomb disposal staff, which defused it.
