The Women’s Day is being celebrated today all over the world. Everyone would be honouring women, about their education, their achievements and their needs. In Islam, women have the right to obtain education, to have independent property and earn money. They are also equal to men right. They have the right to express their opinion and be heard. They also have a right to be provided with everything they need by their husbands. Islam also gives them right to negotiate marriage and claim divorce. They also have the right of custody of their children after divorce. Being a woman, I think we should not only read Quran but also understand it so we have a better knowledge of our rights.
