Seminar stresses talks on Balochistan

LAHORE The speakers of the seminar on “Disturbing Conditions in Balochistan” held in Lahore stressed the need to seek a political solution of the crisis in the sensitive area of Pakistan. They demanded that parliament and media should focus on the issues that are creating feelings of deprivation in Balochistan. It was urged that Bugti’s killers be brought in the court of law.
The seminar appreciated the efforts of the Army in opening new avenues for progress and development in the starved and backward zone of Pakistan. The seminar was presided over by Lt Gen (R) Khalid Lateef Mughal and addressed by Prof of Political Science and veteran journalist Amanullah Shadezai, political leader Qayyum Nizami, media person Sajjad Mir, defence analyst Col(R) ZI Farrukh, Engineer Anwar Hussain Mujahid and Altaf Hasan Qureshee Secretary General PINA.
