KASUR – Kite flyers defied ban on kite flying in Kasur on the occasion of annual urs of Hazrat Imam Shah Bukhari. Kite flyers were seen in groups on rooftops. Many people were injured due to the aerial firing. Loud music was played in every corner of the city. The police registered some cases against the accused but seemed helpless to implement the ban on kit flying.
MAN FOUND DEAD: A man was found dead in the fields near Atta Bidge in the jurisdiction of Kot Radha Kishan. The police shifted his body to the DHQ hospital for autopsy and started investigation.
