LAHORE – The Punjab government promoted on Saturday 24 officers belonging to the Provincial Civil Service (PCS) and Provincial Secretariat Service (PSS) from BS-17 to BS-18.The board called its meeting after the officers belonging to the provincial service protested in front of the Services Secretary’s office for not including their promotion cases on the promotion board’s agenda
