LAHORE – A selfless service, devotion towards duties and rendering of help to the road users in distress are the key factors which have added much to the honor and dignity of the department said by DIG NH&MP Syed Ibne Hussain while speaking at the affixing of promotional badges ceremony of newly promoted patrolling officers at Sector Commander Office N-5 Central I on Tuesday.
The SSP Inksar Khan, Chief Patrol Officer Jehangir Ghumman and Spokesman Syed Imran Ahmed Shah were also present on the occasion. The DIG said during the promotion ceremony of Patrolling Officers that the key factors in the promotion are merit and discipline. He further said that it is the responsibility of newly promoted officers to show a highly professional and skilled attitude towards their duties. Syed Ibne Hussain made it clear to the newly promoted officer that the promotion was not a matter of pride only but of responsibility as well.
He added that, He hoped the officers who were promoted would show great sense of responsibility while performing their future tasks and assignments. He also appreciated the professionalism of SSP Inksar Khan towards the development activities at the Sector. In the end the DIG also pinned down the promotion badges to the officers of NH&MP.
