KARACHI – The Sindh government filed an urgent application in the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday to vacate the stay order passed over a petition filed against the alleged appointment of police constables on political basis. On February 1, the SHC had restricted the Sindh government from hiring police constables till official comments were filed.
On Tuesday, Sindh Advocate General Fattah Mallak submitted an urgent application in which he requested the able court to vacate the stay order as it was not allowing the government to appoint jobless youths.
