ISLAMABAD – Hundreds of people on Monday took out a rally in support of former minister for religious affairs, Hamid Saeed Kazmi who is allegedly involved in Haj scam. More than one thousand devotees of Kazmi hailing from Rahim Yar Khan- the home constituency of Kazmi- assembled at Kalsoom Plaza from where they marched towards Islamabad National Press Club against what they termed Kazmi’s implication in a fake case. Addressing to the participants of rally, Kazmi said that FIA had no proof against him and he was being implicated in Hajj scam. “I’m innocent and those involved in bomb blasts at shrines are maligning me,” Kazmi said.
