TOBA TEK SINGH – A court bailiff raided Sadar Police Station and recovered one Rehmat Ali who had been arrested without any case registered against him. Advocate Abdur Rehman Dogar told reporters that on his petition District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Azhar Chaudhry released Rehmat Ali and also ordered the Sadar police to register a case against its SHO Shahid Abbas and Sub Inspector Muhammad Akram on the charge of illegal detention of Rehmat Ali.
STORE BURGLED: Thieves took away garments and cloth worth Rs one million and Rs 30,000 cash from a garment store at Pirmahal on Monday night.
The store owner said the thieves entered his store by breaking its roof.
