LAHORE – US and Pakistani national, Dr Adnan Bhuta held a press conference at the Lahore Press Club on Sunday where he alleged that he was the actual target of Raymond Davis, an American national.
Adnan lived in USA for more than a decade and then after 9/11 attacks he was detained by the American authorities and suffered mental and physical torture for several months because his name was similar to that of an Al Qaeda member.
He was cleared from charges in 2002, was later shifted to Pakistan in 2006 and started practicing in the General Hospital.
