LAHORE – The Pakistan Red Crescent Society Punjab chapter organised a five-day first aid training workshop at the Lady Emerson Hall of the Red Crescent Society on Tuesday. Punjab University Pharmacy Department students participated in the workshop, which imparted emergency response training, first aid to heart attack and burn patients and ways of shifting patients to hospitals.
At the workshop’s conclusion, Punjab Red Crescent Society Secretary Brigadier (r) Muhammad Saleem introduced participants of the workshop. He said that purpose of conducting the workshop is to train students in providing emergency aid to people in trouble.
