Six government employees including teachers suspended

HAFIZABAD – Hafizabad Education Executive District Officer (EDO) Sohail Azhar Khan has suspended six employees including teachers for being absent from their duty. Reportedly, the EDO paid a surprise visit to the Government Higher Secondary School Sukheki and found a subject specialist (SS) Naeem, two elementary school teachers (EST), two clerks Anwar and Azmat and a laboratory attendant Tanveer Abbas absent from the duty and suspended all of them form the service immediately.
He also visited Girls’ Higher Secondary School Sukheki, Girls’ Middle School Rah Bhobhra and Girls’ Elementary School Thatha Khairo Matmal and inspected the examination centres set up in them for the middle standard examination. An inspector, two constables dismissed: A police inspector and two constables were dismissed from service for their negligence and slackness. Reportedly, Hafizabad District Police Officer (DPO) Tariq Chohan dismissed Inspector Farooq Ranjha, canstables Allah Ditta and Tasawur Hussain from service on negligence and demoted Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Riasat Ali to head constable.
He awarded different punishments to constables Fazal Elahi and Muhammad Akhtar and Sub-Inspector Zahoor while issued warnings to Sub-Inspector Furqan, ASI Ashiq Husain, and constables Qamar Abbas, Abdul Sttar and Zulifqar for showing slackness and negligence in the duty.
Hafizabad will get model monitoring system: A model monitoring system will be adopted in Hafizabad and officials’ performance will be presented before the people through media to improve the performance of institutions. Hafizabad District Coordination Officer (DCO) Muhammad Asif said this while talking to the journalists and added that the role of journalists and scholars was very much important in nation’s building.
He said that all the information would be made public, nothing would be concealed form the media and all out efforts would be made to address the collective problems faced by the masses. Positive criticism would be welcomed patiently but journalists should also adopt self-accountability to protect national interests, he added. The journalists assured the DCO that all the measures for providing relief to the masses would be presented in a positive manner.
Aamad-e-Mustafa rally taken out: Aamad-e-Mustafa motorcycle rally, led by former councillor Muhammad Amin Ansari, Muhammad Saeed Anjum and Malik Shahid, was taken out from Mohallah Khan Pura and concluded at Vaneki Chowk after passing through different roads. People threw rose petals on the rally at various places to express their affection with Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
