LAHORE – More than 300 men, women and children of Shadewal village staged a protest against Sattukatla police and kept the Shaukat Khanum Chowk blocked for more that three hours on Monday. The protestors carried placards and banners and chanted slogans against Sattukatla police.
They said they were protesting against police brutality wherein the Sattukatla police killed a 22-year-old boy in an alleged encounter late on Sunday. They said one Muhammad Ramzan was shot dead by police over unknown reasons.
