LAHORE – Former IB director general Brig (r) Ejaz Shah has strongly denied media reports that he had become an approver against former president Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf in the Benazir Bhutto murder case.
“I have nothing to do with the case. I am neither a respondent nor a witness in the case. How could I become an approver?” Shah said. He said he reserved a right to take legal action against the TV channels running such false and fabricated stories.
On Monday, the FIA submitted a fresh challan in court and added Musharraf’s name in the list of respondents.
