LAHORE – A writ petition has been moved in Lahore High Court seeking directions for the federal government to produce complete record of the double murder accused American national Raymond Davis in the court.
The petitioner Ilamud Din Ghazi in his petition says the Interior Minister Rehman Malik had stated in the senate’s session that he possessed the complete record of Davis. He requested the court to summon detailed record of his passport, weapon, recovered documents and foreign currency to determine the purpose of his arrival in Pakistan.
