ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) extended application date for the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme in Kurri Road, near Chak Shahzad and I-12 sector, Islamabad till February 28. According to a PHA press release issued on Monday, the PHA acquired 78 acres in Kurri Road, Islamabad and 15 acres in I-12 sector, Islamabad for the provision of plots for Basic Pay Scale-20 to 22 and flats for BPS 17 to 19 officers of Federally Constituted Occupational groups.
It said that the eligibility criteria, approved by the prime minister, for plot allotments would be reviewed on age wise seniority basis without being prejudice to any officer. The officers shall be considered who had chose Islamabad as first priority city in the allotment forms application and were on duty since January 1, 2008.
The non occupational group officers will also be catered in the allotment policy and the PHA pursuing the land allotment case for the officers falling in phase II of the scheme. The Capital Development Authority gave assurance for additional land allocation to PHA.
