LAHORE – An additional district and sessions judge on Thursday directed the police to register a case against PMLN MPA Saif-u-Malook Khokhar on giving a bogus cheque for Rs 20.5 million. The court issued the order on an application filed by a woman, Salamat.
She said that she sold 94.18 kanals of land to Malook who delivered her a cheque for Rs 20.5 million in payment, which was dishonored. She requested the court to pass an order for registration of an FIR against the MPA.
