Vital cases being heard today

ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court will today (Monday) resume hearing on various high-profile cases, including over Rs 22 billion-corruption in the Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM), losses of billions of rupees to the national the exchequer by National Insurance Corporation Limited, contempt of court proceedings against PCO judges and petitions against the appointment of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman.
A three-member bench of Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry, Justice Rabbani and Justice Khalil ur Rehman Ramday will hear cases pertaining to the Pakistan Steel Mills and a suo motu action against over Rs 8 billion loss to the national exchequer by NICL.
