LAHORE – District Planning and Design Committee has allowed commercial activities on 37 roads situated in the Lahore Development Authority’s administrative area, besides notifying 24 roads where commercialisation has not been permitted.
However, the Interim Policy issued in November 2010 would be applicable on the roads belong to Central Business District (CBD) and Lahore Urban Regeneration Studies (LURS) till the approval of CBD’s new development plans.
