WAPDA clinches National Ju-Jitsu

LAHORE – The 7th National Ju-Jitsu Championship 2011 concluded here at the WAPDA Sports Complex on Saturday with hosts WAPDA winning the title with 77 points. Police secured the second place with 39 points while Punjab got the third place with 28 points.
Sindh, with two gold and seven bronze medals, were placed fourth. The championship, which started on January 20, concluded here, with Lt Gen Arif Hasan, President Pakistan Olympics Association as the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, Gen Arif said the next general council meeting of the POA will decide the next host of the 32nd National Games.
