Opp in PA grills Rana

LAHORE – Punjab Law minister Rana Sana Ullah faced the toughest day in the house since Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) took over the charge of the present legislative assembly.
Opposition members made harsh comments about the Provincial Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Rana Sanaullah, reminding him that “we know what he was and what he used to say about PML-N leaders,” adding that they even had evidence to support this claim.
They did not let Sanaullah speak and chanted slogans of “chor machaye shor.” (Thief cries thief thief). It may be mentioned here that the house proceedings were progressing smoothly but the situation become tense when Rana Sanaullah informed the house that no serious misappropriation or embezzlement was found in green tractor scheme.
On this the opposition member Samina Khawar Hayat rejecting this claim questioned “Why was on of the tractor given to the wife and son of former Punjab chief secretary Javed Mehmood?” to which Sanaullah said that it was assigned on merit.
