LAHORE – The Land Development IV director of the Lahore Development Authority has termed the exemption proceedings on five property files in Gujjar Pura Scheme as bogus and declared allocation of 26 plots as void ab initio (to be treated as invalid from the outset).
The properties in question include four plots each measuring one kanal, 17 plots each of ten marlas , two plots each of five marlas and three plots of two and a half marlas. The cancelled plots are Plot Nos. 91, 92, 101, 154 Block A-I (measuring 420-Sqm each) and plot No.1536 Block A-II (measuring 105-Sqm) of file No. GP/BL/25+A+B+C+D.
Plot Nos. 1469, 1470, 1471 Block B-II (measuring 10-marla each) and plot No.1247 Block A-II (measuring 5 marla) of file No. GP/BL/26E-F-G-H.
Plot Nos. 807,808,810 Block B-I, plot No.25 Block A-II (measuring 10-marla each) and plot No.1141 Block D-I (measuring 2 -1/2 marla) of file No. GP/BL/27+A+C+D.
Plot Nos. 35, 36, 37, 38, Block A-II (measuring 10 marla each) and plot No.113 Block D-II (measuring 2-1/2 marla) of file No. GP/BL/28-B. Plot No. 291, 292, 337, 337-A Block A-I (measuring 210 Sqm each) and plot No.400, 401 Block B-I (measuring 210 Sqm each) and plot No. 590-A Block A-II ( measuring 50 sqm each void abinitio and of file No. GP/BL/33-F.
