PESHAWAR – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Information, Public Relations, Transport, Culture and Inter-Provincial Coordination Mian Iftikhar Hussain has been nominated for the national ‘Hilal-e-Imtiaz’ award by President Asif Ali Zardar, an official handout issued on Wednesday said.
It will be conferred upon him on in a ceremony on March 23, 2011 on the eve of Pakistan Day. Mian Iftikhar Hussain has played a key role in the ongoing ‘war on terror’ and also lost his son in the process.
