Lahore – The Lahore High Court has constituted 10 division benches (DBs) and 20 single-benches (SBs) to hear cases at the principal seat in the week commencing from January 17. The division benches shall function from Monday to Thursday while special benches will meet on Friday and any other day as and when needed.
According to a notification issued by the office of LHC Additional Registrar (Judicial), the DBs are, DB-I; Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry and Justice Mansoor Akbar Kokab, DB-II; Justice Iftikhar Hussain and Justice Syed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi, DB-III; Justice Azmat Saeed and Justice Tariq Javaid, DB-IV; Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Asad Munir, DB-V; Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh and Justice Hafiz Abdul Rehman Ansari, DB-VI; Justice Najam ul Hasan and Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, DB-VII; Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik and Justice Muhammad Anwaarul Haq, DB-VIII; Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan and Justice Muhammad Farrukh Irfan Khan, DB-IX; Justice Muhammad Tariq and Justice Syed Akhlaq Ahmad, DB-X; Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq and Justice Muhammad Yawar Ali.
