Two killed in separate incidents

KARACHI – The people were killed in separate incidents in the city in Tuesday.
The body of a 26-year-old man was found at Budhni Goth, Mauripur.Police said that the victim had two deep wounds on his head and his throat was slit with a sharp object.
The victim was identified as Habib, son of Ali Murad. He was a resident of Khaskheli Muhalla, Budhni Goth.
The police suspect personal enmity as the likely reason behind the murder.
Separately, a man was shot dead by two robbers while they were trying to snatch his motorcycle near Saeed Manzil.His body was taken to Civil Hospital Karachi for an autopsy.He was identified as Irfan, 40, a resident of Saddar.
Gang busted: The Orangi Town police on Tuesday arrested six criminals including the mastermind of an inter-provincial car lifters’ gang and recovered five cars and weapons from their possession.
The police conducted a raid at Qasba Morr and arrested Alam Nawab Pathan, the alleged mastermind of the gang, and his five aides, Raheem Shah, Inamul Haq Khattak, Noor Mohammad, Shafqat Shah and Zubair.
The police recovered two TT pistols, two magazines, eights cartridges and snatched cars from their possession. These cars and bikes were stolen and snatched from SITE area, PIB Colony, Ferozabad and other parts of the city.
