ISLAMABAD – Opposition Leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Saturday said that the Mutahidda Qaumi Movement should not have staged such a “drama” if it had to work at the “same salary”.
Reacting to the decision by the Mutahidda Qaumi Movement to rejoin the ruling coalition, Nisar said that the country’s politics had become hostage to those who used terror to impose their ideology. “The recent somersault of the MQM has revealed the nature of revolution its leaders want while sitting in London,” he said.
The opposition leader said that the meaning of MQM’s revolution was to stick to the government at every cost. The government, instead of paying price to the political parties, must address the people’s problems, he said.
