Tufail Zakaria filed a constitutional petition against the MPA and the Thatta police seeking protection.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany and Justice Muneeb Akhter issued notices to the MPA and the SHO of Thatta’s Dhabeji police station for filing comments.
The petitioner submitted that he is running a business in the United Arab Emirates and the MPA of the ruling PPP is his business partner.
He said that ever since the current government has come into power, the MPA has been harassing him and demanding that transfer his property and business in the MPA’s name.
