CAPE TOWN – Indian bowler Shanthakumaran Sreesanth lost 10 percent match fee for kicking the boundary rope while the entire team have been fined separately for slow over rate, the International Cricket Council said on Thursday. The temperamental paceman incurred the individual fine after pleading guilty to a charge that related to “abuse of cricket equipment or clothing, ground equipment or fixtures and fittings”,
