Lahore – Struggle for Labour forum’s President Abdur Rauf and General secretary Ashfaq termed 2010 as the year of anti labour, they said that through the implementation of Punjab Industrial Relation Act, rights of the labouers were seized, whereas less than 50 labourers would not be able to make trade unions, they added.
