LAHORE – The Chief Minister Cup phase-II competitions at inter tehsil level have reached the semi-finals stage. Teams from Sargodha, Bhalwal, Silanwali, Mianwali, Khushab, Rawalpindi and Bhakkar performed well. In Sargodha, the final girls volleyball match was held among tehsil Sargodha, Silanwali and Bhalwal.
Bhalwal and Sargodha got the second position. In Mianwali, the girls final athletics matches were held in which Munawar Kanwal from Model Girls High School Mianwali won the first position for 100m and 200m race whereas Sidra Kanwal from Government Girls high school Kandian remained at second position for 100m race.
In 200m, 400m and 800m races, Sonia Parveen from Government Girls High School Kandian got second position. The 400m and 800m race was won by Ume-Javaria from Government Girls High School Shadia Mianwali. The 4x100m Rally race was won by Rabia Zaman from Government Girls High School Moosakhail. In Golla, Tayyaba Gul from Government Girls High School Civil Station Mianwali and in Long jump Ishrat Fatima held the positions.
In district Khushab, the final boys volleyball was won by Government Higher Secondary School Buland. The final boys badminton winner team was Government High School Khushab.
