LAHORE – The Sixth Convocation of the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore, is scheduled to be held on December 30, 2010 at 9 am in the UMT campus, C-II, Johar Town, to confer degrees on the 500 graduates who have successfully completed their degree requirements in summer 2010.
Muhammad Mian Soomro, former Chairman Senate of Pakistan will be the chief guest at this occasion. Professor Khurshid Ahmed Chairman Board of Governors will also be present at this occasion.
Rector UMT Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad and Pro rector UMT Dr Abdul Arshid Kausar will also address the convocation.
A complete dress rehearsal took place at the venue of convocation at the UMT campus today. It was attended by invited graduates. Rector UMT Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad , Registrar Salman Saeed and Controller of Examination Asif Haider expressed their satisfaction with the arrangements made.
