LAHORE – Prominent clubs of Lahore and other districts of Punjab will show their mettle in the All Punjab Raiders Football Cup 2011, to be played at Raiders Football Club Ground, Faisal Town, from Sunday, 16 January 2011.
The Organizing Secretary Kabir Ahmed Chaudhry said:
“Besides organisers Raiders FC, 24 other Lahore-based outfits participating in the event are Afshan Club, Fatima Memorial, Flying Horse, Garhi Shahue United FC, Jabbar Friends,Model Town FC, Moazam Iraj FC, Nasir Shaheed FC, Gulshan-i-Ravi , Nadeem FC, Pensi Club, Publican Club, Rangers FC, Sabzazar,Quaid FC (Manga), Samanabad FC, Rehmania FC, PAF Colony, St. Michael, Shah Kamal Club, Shaheen Wahdat Club, Usmania FC, Walton FC and Young Shooters FC. The event will be played in 2 phases, with the later phase including clubs from Okara, Kasur, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Jaranwala and Bahawalpur.
