GUJRANWALA – A two-year-old infant was killed when he fell down from the lap of his mother at a speed breaker near Awan Chowk.
Reportedly, a couple was going towards the bypass road near Awan Chowk when their motorcycle received a jump at a speed breaker as a result of which their two-year-old infant fell down from the lap of his mother and got seriously injured.
The couple rushed the baby to hospital but he breathed his last on his way due to excessive bleeding. It is worth mentioning that former District and Sessions Judge Riaz-ul-Hassan Alvi has declared such speed breakers illegal and directed the administration to remove them.
