Bangladesh will award Bizinjo for voicing for Bengalis

QUETTA: Bangladesh’s government has decided to confer Bangladesh National Award on senior Baloch nationalist late Mir Ghous Bakhsh Bizinjo and 40 other Pakistanis for opposing the genocide of Bangladeshis in 1970s. Bangladesh selected several individuals from various countries, including 40 Pakistanis to award them with its highest civilian decoration.
Mir Ghous Bakhsh Bizinjo from Balochistan, GM Syed from Sindh, Sheikh Ayaz, Ahmad Saleem, Tahira Muzhar, Zafar Malik and Air Marshal (R) Asghar Khan, are among the 40 Pakistanis who were chosen for the award. The National Party spokesman confirmed that Bizinjo’s name was selected from Balochistan by Bangladesh’s government for the award.
