Resolution of all Indo-Pak issues a must for durable peace: Nawaz

LAHORE: PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif has underlined the need for resolving all pending issues between Pakistan and India, including the Kashmir dispute, to achieve sustainable peace and progress in the region. He was talking to Indian High Commissioner in Pakistan, Sharat Sabharwal on Tuesday. Matters of mutual interest, current situation in the region, terrorism and other issues of importance came under discussion during the meeting. Nawaz said the two governments should take concrete steps to counter terrorism, instead of indulging in a blame game.
He said Indian and Pakistani governments should resolve the issue of Kashmir if they wanted to change the fate of their people and to bring sustainable peace to the region.
