I was appointed as Programme Implementation Officer in the vocational training programme under the Training Wing Ministry of Education on August 3, 1995. Subsequently, my services were Regularised by the proficient authorities with effect from 01-02-1996. However, my services were terminated with effect from October 31, 1997 without mentioning any reason or giving the right of defense. The trauma my life went through is irreplaceable.
However, I praise the present Government for placing the Sacked Employees Reinstatement Act 2010. This act will compensate the politically victimised individuals like me. As a concerned citizen and victim of this menace, I urge authorities to process my case on an immediate basis and I have already reached superannuation and have no certain source of income.
