ISLAMABAD: Implementation Commission on 18th Constitutional Amendment Chairman Raza Rabbani said on Wednesday that no employee of the devolved ministries would be displaced.
Talking to the journalists, he said that the commission would pay special attention to the reservations of those who opposed the devolution process.
He added that the devolution process would be completed under the constitution and no one would be allowed to make further amendments in the constitution.
He said the commission had directed the Establishment Division (ED), Cabinet Division and the ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination to devolve five ministries and a meeting would be held on December 20 in this regard that would be attended by the ministers and officials of those five ministries who were to be devolved this month.
He added that a special cell of Section Officers (SOs) of administration and accounts of the ED had been formed to review the future of the devolved ministries.
