Karachi Whites romp to win, Lahore sinks to new low

LAHORE: Karachi Whites beat Lahore Ravi by seven wickets on the final day of the Division-II of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy seven round match here at the Gaddafi Stadium. Resuming its second innings at an overnight score of 251 in 81.5 overs, Lahore Ravi went on to make 251.
Karachi, requiring 121 runs to win, reached the score losing three wickets in 21.2 overs. Wajihuddin with unbeaten 54 and Rameez Aziz 34 took their team to win.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Television earned 242-run win over Lahore Shalimar on the final day of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy match here at the LCCA Ground on Tuesday.
PTV declared their second innings at 206 for six after resuming the day at 189.
They later bundled out Lahore Shalimar for just 106 runs. Ali Bhutta and Zahoor Khan shared five wickets each to leave Lahore reeling.
