LOS ANGELESS: Nicole Richie is stepping up her fight against a paparazzo she has accused of harassing her daughter Harlow – the socialite is heading back to court to seek a permanent restraining order.
Richie was granted a temporary injunction in November ordering Fabricio Luis Mariotto to stay 91 metres away from her, her fiance Joel Madden and their two children Harlow and Sparrow, and to keep his distance from Harlow’s Los Angeles school.
The court ruling is only valid for three weeks, and now it’s emerged Richie will be heading back to court in December in a bid to have the order made permanent. A source tells that Richie will attend the court hearing and plans to testify against Mariotto.
