QUETTA: PPP Balochistan President Senator Lashkari Raisani on Monday again resigned from his party office in protest against a party’s ministers’ attitude towards workers, and the federal government’s lack of interest in resolving Balochistan’s problems.
Despite numerous attempts, Raisani could not be contacted for comments.He had earlier resigned from the same position as well as from the membership of the Senate, but was later convinced by party seniors and workers to withdraw the resignation.
Sources close to Raisani said the resignation had been dispatched to PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and General Secretary Jahangir Badr.
