QUETTA: Six people were killed and four were seriously injured in various incidents in Balochistan on Tuesday. Armed men barged into a tailoring establishment in Turbat and opened fire, which left three dead and two injured. .
βIt could be assassination but we are investigating the matter,β local police officer Abdullah told Pakistan Today.
In another incident in Quetta three people were killed on Kirani road when armed persons riding a car ambushed their vehicle and opened fire at them. Three people died.
Initial investigations have indicated a land dispute, local police officials said. Two Bugti tribesmen namely Alum Khan and Nabi Dad were severly injured when their tractor hit a landmine in the outskirts of Dera Bugti town. No arrests have been made so far.
