ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) has summoned its joint parliamentary party meeting on Thursday at Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain’s residence to discuss prevalent political situation in the country.
Sources told Pakistan Today on Tuesday that party’s top brass particularly the Chaudhry brothers would take the party lawmakers into confidence over the PPP and PML-Q parleys as well as the party’s stance on a PML unification move.
They said a number of party MNAs had requested Shujaat to convene the party’s CEC and CWC meetings or at least a joint parliamentary party meeting to apprise the party’s lawmakers of the current political situation.
