Punjab Assembly Speaker Rana Muhammad Iqbal advised the students to develop their association with books and said that to meet the challenges being faced by the country everyone should make joint efforts by forgetting all the internal differences.
He expressed these views while addressing students at the Superior University on Thursday. He said that the students were the true assets of the country and the Punjab government was doing it’s best for the promotion of the education sector.
The government was spending handsome amounts on the education sector as no nation could progress without education. Talking about the shortage of the teachers and missing facilities in the educational institutions, the speaker said that the government wanted to uplift the standard of government institutions to the private ones, so that all students should get quality education without any discrimination.
