Provincial Minister for Food and Industries Chaudhary Abdul Ghafoor received 10 containers comprising 200 tons of food, cloths, blankets, food cartons, tents and mineral water bottles through Iranian Consul General Nikan Qami. The Iranian Council General personally handed over the keys of containers to Provincial Minister.
The Iranian council general said that the Iranian government will provide all possible support to Pakistan in its hour of need. Ghafoor thanked the Iranian government for its support. He said that the help extended by Iran to Pakistan is an example of the strong fraternal tie between the two countries. He confirmed that Pakistan had received 10 containers containing 25946 mineral water bottles, 15450 food cartons, 1966 blankets, 221 tents, and 1090 pairs of shoes and 17 roles of carpets
