BHC CJ praises construction of court library

There should be a pressure-free environment where litigants can seek justice easily, Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa said while addressing an inauguration ceremony of a newly constructed library within the courts premises, on Tuesday.
Balochistan Bar Association President Baz Mohammad Kakar, High Bar Association President Hadi Shakeel and Balochistan Bar Council Vice Chairman Bilal Anwar Kasi were also present.
CJ Isa said that there should be libraries within court premises where lawyers can study and have the opportunities to access all legal documents. He also advocated an educational environment within courts.
He added that judges and lawyers should discharge their duties with responsibility and honesty so that they can set a precedent for the ordinary citizens of the country.
Baz Kakar announced that Rs 50,000 would be given to each library in the district and session courts. Hadi Shakeel, Bilal Kasi and Kamran Mullakhail also announced Rs. 50,000 each, while Nadir Chalgari announced Rs. 10,000 for the libraries in the district court.
The Chief Justice also distributed shields among senior district and session judges; Mohammad Zarif Baloch, Naseer Ahmad and Agriculture Deputy Director Amanullah, for their dedication in the renovation and construction of the library.
